According to a survey conducted by Care/of, 82.3 percent of women are eager to learn more about health and wellness in 2019, so it’s clearly a priority. After some research, consultations with experts and trying new treatments (in the name of journalism, of course), here are our predictions for the biggest wellness trends of 2019.
If you’ve been on the keto diet, chances are you’re already familiar with medium-chain triglyceride oil. MCT oil is easily digested by the body and can help you process fat. Not only that, but MCTs can be converted into ketones, which as the name suggests, helps the body stay in ketosis.
